Премьер-министр России Дмитрий Медведев подписал распоряжение об утверждении стратегии повышения финансовой грамотности. Об этом сообщается на сайте правительства РФ.

«Стратегия определяет основные направления государственной политики в области повышения финансовой грамотности на среднесрочный период. Цель стратегии – создание основ для формирования финансово грамотного поведения граждан как необходимого условия повышения уровня и качества жизни, в том числе за счет использования финансовых продуктов и услуг надлежащего качества», — говорится в документе.

Стратегия, в частности, предусматривает расширение качества финансового образования и информирования граждан в этой области, обеспечение необходимой институциональной базы и методических ресурсов, разработка механизмов взаимодействия государства и общества, обеспечивающих повышение финансовой грамотности граждан.

На первом этапе (2017 – 2019 годы) планируется разработать комплекс необходимых мер, а на втором (2020 – 2023 годы) — продолжить «повышение уровня финансовой грамотности граждан в соответствии с целевыми показателями». Контролировать реализацию стратегии будет Минфин.
